Our Ole Hickory Smoker is big, but smoking meat is a long and slow process, which means that sometimes, we’ll run out of certain items. If ya’ll have your heart set on something specific, best to arrive early!

The Outpost is a little Rev Jr. It’s only open for lunch, and gives us the space we need to operate a scratch BBQ kitchen.

From full service off-site events, to drop off large catering orders, to on-site events… we will do whatever it takes to make ya’ll happy & full!
